Miguel
Orozco,
President
After graduating with a B.A. in Economics, Miguel started his career
in Washington, DC as a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Intern and
continued to work on the Hill as a U.S. Senate staffer. Miguel obtained
a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of
Pittsburgh and focused on helping low-income working families and
disadvantaged youth. From 1996 to 2002, Miguel held various program
analyst and management positions at the U.S. Department of Labor
(DOL), the Chicago Job Corps Center and the National Office of Job
Corps in Washington, DC.
In 2000, Miguel wrote the award-winning short film, “God Speaks
Spanish.” The film was co-produced with Andres Orozco. Since
then, Miguel and Andres have collaborated on various film and media
campaigns for the U.S. Department of Labor, USA Funds, W.K. Kellogg
Foundation, and Fannie Mae. In 2006, Miguel and Andres Orozco co-founded
Novelas Educativas, LLC to produce and distribute Novelas Educativas.™

Is an award-winning filmmaker. He received a Master of Art Degree
in Multi-Cultural Communication and a Bachelor of Art in Film Studies
from the University of Utah. In 1994 he wrote, produced and directed
“Visions and Dreams.” The film was televised on PBS
television. Andres wrote and produced the play “Los Compadres
y Mañana.” His film American Diner was screened at
various universities. In 2000, he produced and directed the award
winning film, “God Speaks Spanish.” He is an accomplished
photographer and a screenwriter. In 2003, Andres created Novelas
Educativas™ an innovative communication tool for Latino outreach.
The films have been screened in conferences and workshops and have
earned national recognition.

After a rewarding career as a teacher, designer and entrepreneur,
Gustavo A.Quiñonez started the Quiñonez Consulting
Group in September 2005 with a focus on small businesses in multiple
industries. Gustavo brings many years of valuable international
experience in graphic design. Resourceful, versatile, and skilled
in the latest technology and marketing techniques, Quiñonez
